Ingredients (for 1)
18cm (7 inch) circle pan
instant dried yeast
3g (0.5 tsp)
4g (1.3 tsp)
2.5g (0.5 tsp)

Knead the dough with
a food processor
While the dough is rising, make
and cool completely.
Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes.
Put the rolls in the lightly greased pan.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 20 X 30 cm (7.8 X 11.8 inch).
[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.
Spread the filling, leaving a 1 cm (0.39 inch) border. Roll the dough up.
Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
Pinch the seam shut.
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden. Let the bread cool.
Cut the dough into 7 equal rolls with a knife.
Combine the sugar powder and water.
Decorate the bread as shown in the photograph.
