Apple Bread


Ingredients (for 1)
18cm (7 inch) circle pan
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* While the dough is rising, make Filling and cool completely.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 8. Put the rolls in the lightly greased pan.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 20 X 30 cm (7.8 X 11.8 inch).
[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Spread the filling, leaving a 1 cm (0.39 inch) border. Roll the dough up. 9. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
Pinch the seam shut. 10. [Baking]
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden. Let the bread cool.
Cut the dough into 7 equal rolls with a knife. 11. Combine the sugar powder and water.
Decorate the bread as shown in the photograph.
