Bacon Corn Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

whole wheat flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water

mayonnaise

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Cut the bacon into small pieces. Stir fry until they are browned. Slice the onion.
9. Roll the dough out into an oval. 10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Sprinkle with the bacon. 11. Put the onion into the center. Pipe the mayonnaise and sprinkle with the boiled corn.

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
13. Sprinkle the bread with the dried parsley.
Roll the dough out into a 20 cm (7.8 inch) rope.
Shape into a ring and pinch ends together.
Put the dough on an alminum foil 10 cm (4 inch) in diameter.
