Ingredients (for 3)
French Bread Dough
instant dried yeast
3g (0.5 tsp)
6g (2 tsp)
4g (1.3 tsp)
from 1 to 6.
* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with
a food processor
Slice the onion.
Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Shape the dough into a cylinder. Leave for 15 minutes.
Make 7 diagonal cuts with scissors.
Roll the dough out into the same length as bacon.
Shape the dough into a wheat stalk shape.
Place the bacon in the center. Sprinkle with the onion and the pepper.
[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.
Fold the dough into thirds.
Spray the surface with a water atomizer.
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Fold the dough in half with the palm of your hand.
