Cut the bacon into small pieces and slice the onion. Stir fry until they
are browned and add the pepper and cool completely. Knead the dough until
smooth, thinly, elastic. Add them and knead for a couple of minutes, or
until they are incorporated.
Push the dough with a chopstick strongly.
[Leaving to rise] Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.
Pinch both sides.

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
