Bean Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

Filling

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
9. [Shaping]
Flatten the dough.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Put the 10g sugared beans in the center. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Gather the dough up around the filling. Pinch the seam shut. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Shape the dough into a smooth ball until beans show through.
