Blueberry Loaf Bread


Ingredients (for 2)
18 X 6 X 6 cm (7.1 X 2.3 X 2.3 inch)
Arranged Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
skim milk powder
egg
butter
dried blueberries

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Knead the dough until smooth, thinly, elastic. Add the dried blueberries and knead for a couple of minutes, or until they are incorporated.
7. Divide the dough in half. 9. Flatten the dough lightly.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 15 X 20 cm (5.9 X 7.9 inch).
Cut the dough into three equal strips.
Braid the strips.

Roll the dough up.
11. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with a pinch of granulated sugar.
Pinch the seam shut. Push the dried blueberries with a stick.

Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 15 minutes or until golden.
