Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
6. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into a 25 cm (9.8 inch) square.
9. Sprinkle with the almond slices, the granulated sugar and the butter cut into 5mm (0.2 inch) cubes.
7. Make holes with a fork. 10. [Baking]
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
8. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
