Ingredients (for 1)
18cm (7 inch) circle pan
Arranged Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
calpis
instant dried yeast
warm water
butter

3g (0.5 tsp)
50g
4g (1.3 tsp)

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
7. Divide the dough into 7 equal portions. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball. Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden.
