Chocolate Cream Bread


Ingredients (for 1)

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Make Custard Cream. Sift the cocoa powder and the cake flour. Add the chocolate in process 5.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 8. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Roll the dough out into a 30 cm (12 inch) square with a rolling pin.
Spread the custard cream, leaving a 1 cm (0.4 inch) border. 9. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
Roll the dough up. 10. [Baking]
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden.
Pinch the seam shut.
Flatten the dough lightly.
Cut the dough in half.
Twist the dough.
