Chocolate Chip Bread
(Octopus Shape)


Ingredients (for 8)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter
200g
3g (0.5 tsp)

4g (1.3 tsp)

Topping
chocolate chip
proper amount
Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 5 X 10 cm (2 X 4 inch).
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Roll the dough up. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Pinch the seam shut.
Cut the dough with scissors until half.
