Cocoa Twist Bread


Ingredients (for 8)
Arranged Bun Dough
bread flour
cocoa powder
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

sugar powder

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Combine the cocoa powder and the bread flour.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 9. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 15 X 30 cm (5.9 X 11.8 inch).

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Sprinkle the half surface with the chocolate chips. 11. Combine the sugar powder and the water. Drizzle the icing over the bread with a spoon.
Fold the dough in half.
8. Cut the dough into 8 equal strips.
Cut the center, leaving the top and the bottom 1 cm (0.39 inch).
Pass the top through the center hole at 2 times.
