Coffee Custard Cream Bread

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Dissolve the instant coffee in the milk and make the dough.
* Make Custard Cream and cool completly (Dissolve the instant coffee in the milk).

Flatten the dough.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Put the custard cream 25g in the center. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Gather the dough up around the custard cream. 11. Put the almond slices.
12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Pinch the seam shut.
