Cornet Bread

cocoa powder
vanilla essence

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Make Custard Cream. Sift the cocoa powder and the cake flour. Add the chocolate in process 5.
9. [Shaping]
Flatten the dough.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise until 2 times in size. Brush the surface with beaten egg. >>
Roll the dough out into a 30 cm (12 inch) rope. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Thin out one end. 12. Fill the hole with the custard cream with a pastry bag.
Coil the dough around a lightly greased cornet shape.
