Potato Croquette Bread

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into a strip 10 cm (3.9 inch) length.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Coil the strip around the croquette. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Cut the dough in half. 11. Pipe the ketchup and the mayonnaise.
Put the dough close together.

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
13. Put the parsley on the bread.
