Fruit Custard Cream Bread


Ingredients (for 8)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg

Custard Cream
milk

sugar
cake flour
vanilla essence
butter

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* While the dough is rising, make Custard Cream.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into a 15 cm (5.9 inch) triangle.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Cut the dough with a knife. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Make holes with a fork. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Roll the dough up. 12. Let the bread cool. Pipe the custard cream and put the fruit into the center.
Pinch the seam shut.
Put all parts together. Pinch the ends to seal.
