Green Tea Danish Pastry


Ingredients (for 10)
Arranged Danish Pastry Dough
bread flour
cake flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

powdered green tea

Filling
sugared beans

Look at Danish Pastry Dough from 1 to 9.
* Combine the powdered green tea and the bread flour.
* Chop the sugared beans.
10. Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 16 X 60 cm (6.2 X 23.6 inch). 11. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Sprinkle half surface with the sugared beans. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Fold the dough in half. Press the dough with the palm of your hand to let out air. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Cut off a border 5 mm (0.2 inch).
Cut the dough into 10 equal strips.
Twist the strip.
Coil the dough.
Pinch the end into the side to seal.
