Green Tea Cookie Roll


Ingredients (for 8)

Look at Buns from 1 to 5.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Divide the dough into two, a two fifths portion and a three fifths portion in process 2-3 of Buns. Combine the powdered green tea and the small portion and knead until smooth.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 8. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Roll the white dough out into a circle 20 cm (7.9 inch). Roll the green dough out into a circle 18 cm (7 inch).
Put the green dough on the white dough. Cut the dough into 8 equal slices.
While the dough is rising, look at Pound Cake from 1 to 4 and make the cookie dough.
9. Pipe the cookie dough onto the top.
Roll the dough up. 10. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 13 minutes or until golden.
Pinch the ends together.
