* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Mash the boiled egg. Combine the boiled egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Roll the dough out into an oval 15 cm (5.9 inch).

Shape into a ring and pinch both sides together.
