Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.

Flatten the dough.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Place the ham into the center. 11. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Roll the dough up. Put the sliced onion and pipe the mayonnaise.
Pinch both sides together. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Make an incision with a knife. 13. Sprinkle the bread with the dried parsley.
