Marmalade Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

3g (0.5 tsp)

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into an oval 12 cm (4.7 inch).
Make an incision with a knife.
Spread the marmalade. Shape the dough into a heart shape.
Roll the dough up.
Pinch the seam shut. 10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Fold the dough in half. Brush the surface with beaten egg.

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
