Kinako Cookie And Honey Bread
Ingredients (for 1)
18cm (7 inch) circle pan
Arranged Bun Dough
skim milk powder
instant dried yeast
6g (3 tsp)
3g (0.5 tsp)
4g (1.3 tsp)

Knead the dough with
a food processor
Combine the skim milk powder, the kinako and the bread flour.
Divide the dough into 7 equal portions. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball. Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.
Pipe the cookie dough onto the top, with a pastry bag fitted with a 5 mm (0.2 inch) tip.
[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes, or until golden.
While the dough is rising, look at
from 1 to 4 and make the cookie dough (Sift the flours together. Add the honey with the sugar).
Cut along the edge with a small knife to turn out the bread easily.
