Kiwifruit Braid Bread


Ingredients (for 2)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

kiwifruit jam
corn starch

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Combine the corn starch and kiwifruit jam. Heat in a microwave oven until hot. Cool completely. 8. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
6. Divide the dough in half. Leave for 15 minutes. Roll the dough out into a square 20 cm (7.9 inch). Brush the surface with beaten egg.

Cut the dough into 16 strips.

Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Interweave the strips to form a lattice pattern.
Put the kiwifruit jam 50g.
Cover the kiwifruit jam.
Pinch the seam shut.
