Cocoa Marble Bread Roll


Ingredients (for 8)

instant dried yeast

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Divide the dough into two portions in process 2-3 of Buns. Combine the cocoa powder and one portion and knead until smooth.
* Knead the white dough and the black dough to make marble pattern.

Roll the dough up into a drop shape.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Leave for 5 minutes. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
Roll the dough out into 20 cm (8 inch) lengths with a rolling pin. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough up.
Pinch the seam shut. Place the seam down on parchment paper.
