Candied Orange Peel Bread


Ingredients (for 8)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

3g (0.5 tsp)

4g (1.3 tsp)

candied orange peel
melted butter
50g

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Cut the candied orange peel into small pieces.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into an oval 15 cm (5.9 inch).
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Brush the surface with melted butter. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Fold the dough in half. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Make cuts with a knife each about 5 mm (0.19 inch) apart.
Unfold the dough.
Sprinkle with the candied orange peel.
Roll the dough up and twist.
Thin out both ends.
Coil the dough. Tuck the end under to seal.
