Braid Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
9. [Shaping]
Flatten the dough.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Roll the dough into a rope about 30 cm (12 inch) long.
Make a loop. 11. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Twist the loop from the left side. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Pass the top through the loop.
Twist the loop from the right side.
Pass the top through the loop.
