Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Leave for 15 minutes in process 8.
* Combine the wheat germ and the bread flour.

Flatten the dough.
Roll the dough into a circle about 12 cm (4.7 inch) in diameter.

Leave to rise for 20 minutes, or until 1.5 times in size. >>
Brush the surface with vegetable oil. Heat a baking sheet before bake.
