Pizza Style Tomato Bread
Ingredients (for 1)
18cm (7 inch) circle pan
instant dried yeast
3g (0.5 tsp)
4g (1.3 tsp)

Knead the dough with
a food processor
While the dough is rising, make
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Slice the onion.
Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 20 X 40 cm (7.8 X 15.7 inch).
[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.
Spread the tomato cream. leaving a 1 cm (0.39 inch) border.
Roll the dough up.
Sprinkle with the bacon and onion. Drizzle the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the pizza cheese.
Pinch the seam shut.
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden.
Cut the dough in half. Coil the dough. Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.
Sprinkle the bread with the dried parsley.
