Mashed Purple Sweet Potato Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

Filling
purple sweet potato
sugar
starch syrup

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Peel the skin off and steam the purple sweet potato.
Mash the sweet potato. Combine the mashed sweet potato, sugar, starch syrup. Cool completely. 10. [Leaving to rise]
