Sandwich Bread


Ingredients (for 1)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water

mayonnaise

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Drain the tuna can.
7. Divide the dough in half. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 10. [Leaving to rise]

Roll each portion out into a 20 cm (7.8 inch) square with a rolling pin.
