Black Sesame Paste Roll


Ingredients (for 8)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

3g (0.5 tsp)

black sesame paste
roasted black sesame

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 9. Put the dough on an alminum foil 10 cm (4 inch) in diameter.
7. Roll the dough out into a 20 cm (8 inch) square. Spread the black sesame paste. 10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Roll the dough up. Pinch the seam shut. 11. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the roasted black sesame.
8. Cut the dough into 8 equal rolls with a knife. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
