Star Bread

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Combine the cocoa powder and the bread flour.
* Make Custard Cream and cool completly (Dissolve the instant coffee in the milk).
While the dough is rising, look at Pound Cake from 1 to 4 and make the cookie dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Flatten the dough.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Put the custard cream 25g in the center.
Gather the dough up around the custard cream. 11. Roll the cookie dough out into a 1.5 mm (0.06 inch) thickness. Cut with a star-shaped cookie cutter.
