Black Sesame Sweet Potato Bread


Ingredients (for 8)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter
black sesame seeds

3g (0.5 tsp)

sweet potato
granulated sugar

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Add the black sesame with the bread flour.
* Peel the skin off and steam the sweet potato. Let cool and cut 5 mm (0.2 inch) cubes.

Roll the dough out into an oval.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Put the 100g sweet potato and a pinch of the granulated sugar. 11. Make 3 cuts about 3 mm (0.12 inch) deep across the top. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Roll the dough up. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Pinch the seam shut.
