Cocoa Chocolate Chip Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Divide the dough into two, a two fifths portion and a three fifths portion in process 2-3 of Buns. Combine the cocoa powder and the small portion and knead until smooth.
6. Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes. 8. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Roll the white dough out into a square 20cm (7.9 inch).
Look at Pound Cake from 1 to 4 and make the cookie dough.
Roll the black dough out into a rectangle, 20 X 15cm (7.9 X 5.9 inch). 9. Brush the surface with beaten egg. Pipe the cookie dough, with a pastry bag fitted with a 3 mm tip.

Roll the dough out.
Pinch the seam shut.
Cut the dough into 8 equal rolls with a knife. Put the rolls in the lightly greased pan.
