Tapioca Buns


Ingredients (for 8)
Arranged Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
butter
tapioca starch
water

3g (0.5 tsp)
20g
4g (1.3 tsp)

Look at Buns from 1 to 9.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Combine the tapioca starch and the water (90g). Stir until thick over low heat and cool completely.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
11. Spray the dough lightly and sift the tapioca starch onto the surface.
12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
