Tuna Corn Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

bread flour
salt

instant dried yeast
warm water

mayonnaise

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Drain the tuna can.

Flatten the dough.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Roll the dough up. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Roll the dough out into a 20 cm (7.9 inch) rope. 11. Put the tuna into the center.
Pipe the mayonnaise.
Shape into a ring and pinch ends together. Sprinkle with the boiled corn.
Put the dough on an alminum foil 10 cm (4 inch) in diameter. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes, or until golden.
13. Sprinkle the bread with the dried parsley.
