Look at Buns from 1 to 7.

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Make Custard Cream. Sift the cocoa powder and the cake flour. Add the chocolate in process 5.
8. Divide off 8g from each portion. Shape the big dough into a ball. Leave for 10 minutes. 12. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>

Flatten the dough.
Look at Pound Cake from 1 to 4 and make the cookie dough. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Put the custard cream 15g in the center. 13. Pipe the cookie dough, with a pastry bag fitted with a 3 mm (0.11 inch) tip.
Gather the dough up around the custard cream. 14. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Pinch the seam shut.

Roll the dough up.
Roll the dough out into a 5 cm (1.9 inch) cylinder.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces.
