Baked Curry Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

ground beef

vegetable oil
curry roux
chopped ginger
chopped garlic

worcester sauce
soy sauce

parsley

Look at Buns from 1 to 8.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* While the dough is rising, make Dry Curry and cool completely.
9. [Shaping]
Roll the dough out into a circle about 10 cm (4 inch) in diameter.
10. [Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
Cut with a 9 cm (3.5 inch) circle-shaped cookie cutter.
11. Put the dry curry into the center. Brush the surface with beaten egg.
Twist and fold the dough. 12. [Baking]
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
13. Put the parsley into the center.
