Caramel Walnut Banana Roll

Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
While the dough is rising, make Caramel Walnuts and cool completely.

Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes.
7. Roll the dough out into a 20 cm (8 inch) square. Combine the cinnamon powder and sugar. 9. [Leaving to rise]

Sprinkle with the granulated sugar and the cinnamon powder, leaving a 1 cm (0.4 inch) border.

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
