Walnut Raisin Bread


Ingredients (for 1)
Bun Dough
bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter
walnuts
raisins

3g (0.5 tsp)

granulated sugar

Look at Buns from 1 to 6.
* Roast the walnuts at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 10 minutes and cool completely. Knead the dough until smooth, thinly, elastic. Add the walnuts and raisins and knead for a couple of minutes, or until they are incorporated.

Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size. >>
8. [Shaping]
Flatten the dough into an oval.
10. Brush the surface of with beaten egg. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
Roll the dough out into a 50 cm (20 inch) rope. 11. [Baking]
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden.
Braid the dough.
Shape into a ring and pinch ends together.
