Yomogi Sugared Bean Bread


Ingredients (for 8)

yomogi powder

instant dried yeast
warm water

Brown Sugar Cream

brown sugar
cake flour

Look at Buns from 1 to 5.

* How to knead the dough
Knead the dough with hands or a food processor.
* Combine the yomogi powder and the bread flour.
* While the dough is rising, make Brown Sugar Cream and cool complately.
* Chop the sugared beans.
7. Roll the dough out into a 20 cm (8 inch) square. 9. [Leaving to rise]
