Caramel Muffin

Ingredients (for 5) 6 cm (2.4 inch) circle muffin cup | | cake flour baking powder sugar egg melted butter chocolate chips

Make Caramel and cool completely. Pour the milk instead of the water. |

Line the base and side with an aluminum foil cup. |

Pour the mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle with the almond slices. |

Beat the egg. Add the sugar. |

Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 20 minutes. |

Pour the melted butter and whisk until incorporated. |

Pour the caramel milk and whisk until incorporated. |

Sift the cake flour and baking powder together into the bowl. |
