Caramel Muffin


Ingredients (for 5)
6 cm (2.4 inch) circle muffin cup
cake flour
baking powder
sugar
egg
melted butter
chocolate chips

*Caramel

* Make Caramel and cool completely. Pour the milk instead of the water.
* Line the base and side with an aluminum foil cup. 6. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle with the almond slices.
1. Beat the egg. Add the sugar. 7. Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
2. Pour the melted butter and whisk until incorporated.
3. Pour the caramel milk and whisk until incorporated.
4. Sift the cake flour and baking powder together into the bowl.
5. Fold until half incorporated. Add the chocolate chips and fold until incorporated.
