Pound Cake


Ingredients (for 1)
20 X 7 X 7 cm (7.9 X 2.8 X 2.8 inch)

cake flour
baking powder
walnuts
raisins

* Sift the cake flour and the baking powder together. Beat the egg.
* Roast the walnuts at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 10 minutes and cool completely. Chop the walnuts.
* Flour the walnuts and the raisins. 5. Add the rum and fold until incorporated.
* Grease and flour the pan. Chill the pan until use.
1. Cream the butter. 6. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Tap the pan to let out air. Dent the center with a spatula.
2. Add the sugar and whisk until fluffy. 7. Bake at 170 degrees C (338 degrees F) for 50 minutes. >>
3. Add the egg in 4 or 5 times and whisk until incorporated.
4. Add the flour mixture and fold until incorporated. Add the walnuts and the raisins.
